Quick tip for the day

Good morning!

Pretend I made myself some coffee and we are saying cheers!

I'm barely got any sleep last night maybe 3.3 hours of it then my pup woke me up at 6:00 a.m. I am up / not up. (This is a reminder) sleep is very very important for weight loss. It clears the mind, re-energizes the body, and it is a chance for equilibrium. rest well and sleep tight. When you need sleep take that nap instead of a 2-hour workout. Or do half and half. 30 minute nap / Take the time you need to get ready. That could be 30 minutes and then do about a 30 minute to an hour workout.
