Hello and I hope you are having a wonderful day. I just wanted to say that I signed in to beach body because being a new mother if has been difficult for me to find that motivation that I need to get the best workout on my own. I am dealing with some health issues and because of this I have been feeling my weakest. So to get myself back to a better me I decided to get some help. As a personal trainer I recognize having the accountability and a strong support group with like minded goals is going to help anyone succeed. So I want to thrive and get my body back to where it needs to be as soon as possible and get some help with motivation during the tough times with learning some new workouts! I enjoy a great workout and if you have been there where you feel like you have been hitting a wall and getting nowhere. The best thing to do is to tell the person you love your goals, get a support group, and find ways to help you become the best version of yourself. It could be waking up early, doing a daily chore calendar, reading a book that inspires you to be better, daily meditation, journaling, doing a daily workout, meal prepping. What ever you need to do to get you to become the best version of your self why not go for it?! We have all been stuck in the mud, but the point is that is just a moment in time it will get better. Do not be a negative Nancy for your whole life. Pick up your feet and do something about it! Be inspired and inspire. We can do this together! XOXO Amber
