Postpartum journaling
I just want to say jogging, beach body, and food logging works! Finally I got under 140 weighing in at 139.8! That is huge for me. I can finally button my before mom shorts! This is a win in my book! I guess I am losing fat and gaining muscle which is all important when losing weight. Muscle buns fat. I finally am starting to feel energized and ready to take on the day. I am looking forward to taking care of my family and taking care of the house. For a while I was in rut, but you just have to keep going. Today I did a core workout and I plan to go for a walk/jog today. These past few days I have been feeling better than I have in a long time. I am going to let you go to enjoy the rest of your day.
